Terms and Conditions — 977 BDT Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 977 BDT platform in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of 977 BDT regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a web browser, the 977 BDT mobile app, or any other method.

If you are using 977 BDT on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they have also read and agreed to them. 977 BDT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 977 BDT, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 977 BDT or any of its affiliated companies.

977 BDT reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 977 BDT. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 977 BDT username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 977 BDT will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 977 BDT support immediately.

4. Deposits

977 BDT accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your 977 BDT account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily deposit limit: ৳200,000 (unless a lower limit has been set by the player)

977 BDT does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and returned.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 977 BDT are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. Withdrawals to a different mobile banking number require identity verification before processing.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
• Processing time: typically under 5 minutes; up to 24 hours during peak periods

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. 977 BDT reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements attached to your balance.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your 977 BDT account balance and you will be notified via your registered contact method. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include unverified identity, outstanding wagering requirements, or a mismatch between your account details and your payment method registration.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

977 BDT offers various bonuses and promotions including the Golden Bank daily cashback programme, welcome bonuses, reload offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on 977 BDT is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• 977 BDT reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 977 BDT use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page and reflects the long-term statistical average payout, not a guaranteed return on any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — 977 BDT will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. 977 BDT's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Winnings from games are credited to your account balance immediately upon the game round completing.
• 977 BDT reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a software fault that produced incorrect odds or game parameters.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 977 BDT and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operation.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use 977 BDT for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using coordinated strategies to extract bonus value without genuine play.

977 BDT actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 977 BDT reserves the right to close the account, withhold all balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

977 BDT reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including at your own request — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.
